It is close to the centre of Van and can be easily reached by Serbis shuttle bus from the bus terminal. The room has been refurbished and is quite clean and the waters are clean. The hot water flows out correctly. There is also an elevator, so even if you have a lot of luggage, you can rest assured. There is no electric kettle and no air conditioning in the room, so it may not be suitable for summer stay. The Wi-Fi connection is good. The breakfast is simple, but considering that you can stay at a reasonable price, there is no problem.

The service attitude is great. Every employee is very nice. This shows the high level of management of this Hilton, including helping me to surf the Internet Wi-Fi. The breakfast area is also perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is that it is far from the lake. The 6-lane highway speeds past at speed. It would be perfect if the hotel has a safe passage that can easily reach the lake.

Excellent hotel, booked for two days and extended for three more. It was in a quieter area of the city centre, supermarket very close, shops a ten minute walk. The room was a good size, and there was a sofa and chair. No major complaints, housekeeping could have been better. Breakfast was good, but no change in the food selection from day to day. Both the girls on the reception counter were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I were pleased to be guests of this fantastic hotel from 18 to 22 August 2023. Super location that makes easy all journeys around Van. Super team that always ready to help you. The hotel was far from city center, but it had nice view of the lake. There was no ATM nearby & the hotel's rate for USD exchange wasn't good. To make it worse, I had to pay cash because the hotel failed to charge my credit cards (there were no problems with my cards). Room & bed were ok, but pillows were all flat & thin. They should have replaced the pillows. Overall, it was a decent, clean hotel with good services.
