Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.

The hotel is far from the airport the staff SUPER AMABLE comfortable bed basic breakfast NOT TRANSFER TO THE AERPORT I am very disturbed that in my search for hotel brand hotels with transport to the airport and I got out on the list that is a Trip system problem I cost the taxi $60 for traffic but the traffic-free return a Uber was 30 for which the trip must not check that the transport information is correct

I'm catching an early flight and need to stay overnight. There's no lobby, and the rooms don't have Wi-Fi. There's not much to do on foot, and the hotel has restaurants. There's a shuttle bus to the airport.

The room was very clean. However, the bedding was a bit unusual; instead of a duvet with a cover, it was just a blanket sandwiched between two sheets. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, and no complimentary drinking water was provided. On the positive side, there's a free airport shuttle service. Overall, it was still pretty good.

Excellent! The front desk staff were also great. I highly recommend staying here. It's probably the most cost-effective and cheapest hotel in the area. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, bottled water, and even apples are all provided for free.

We really appreciated the proximity to the airport and the quick shuttle ride (only 5 minutes to/from the domestic terminal and runs every half hour). The downside of the location is that it's not near anything other than the airport, including restaurants, so you're kind of stuck if you don't have your own car. The facilities are excellent with an outdoor pool, fitness room, and nice dining area for breakfast. The room was clean enough, but not exactly sparkling. Because of the convenience, we would definitely stay here again if we need a place close to the airport.

TTianjiliuStayed here for seven days, overall good clean, the service is not the best, breakfast is relatively simple. More than a thousand nights in the hotel, if you can eat a very rich breakfast in China, but here, eat the same simple breakfast for seven consecutive days, a bit unbearable.

BBeatrixurIt has free connection to the airport. From international arrivals there is a free bus to the domestic flight terminal, where you take the transfer to this hotel. The staff is very nice and they help you with whatever you need. The only worst point is that the rooms are run down and need maintenance.

GGuest UserThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

GGuest User Very close to ATL airport. Hotel has an airport shuttle leaving hotel every half hour for example 6, 6:30, 7, etc and picking up at airport approx. every 15 minutes after for example 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 etc. Used the shuttle van both ways on flights in and out, made it easy if you use ATL airport - my biggest reason for this hotel. Easy check in. Clean room. OK TV and channels, etc. Large breakfast seating area with coffee and drinks all the time, and free breakfast starting at 6 am. Good Mexican Food place right Nextdoor. Not upscale, but solid , clean and a pretty good value. I would not take a long vacation here, but a good option for going in and out of airport and a quick stay.
