GGuest UserThe room was too close to the road for the first night and did not rest. The problem was solved by changing the room for the next two nights. There are relatively few hotels in this place, and there are many people on weekends.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very unique, with a cute wolf on the doorstep. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it suitable for families. The standard American breakfast was very good. I asked what time to go to Yellowstone Park in the morning to avoid queuing, and the front desk patiently told me that it was best to go before 8 o'clock.

GGuest UserPros: the hot tub, pool and dry sauna. They were amazing - esp. the dry sauna that is open 24/7. This was the highlight of my stay. The beds were also comfortable. Cons: rooms are tight, had to unplug heater/cooling device to turn it off because the wall thermostat wouldn't turn it off. There's nowhere to hang anything, like hand towels by the sink, and bathroom is super tight with low, small toilet that had to be flushed twice each time. Beware that Trip.com gives you the option to book a pet-friendly room (for which I paid extra), but the hotel informed me it's a separate charge that you pay when you check in and NOT payable through Trip.com. The hotel kindly waived the fee, for which I'm grateful. Staying for a few days, the size of the room became an issue. Also, if you are staying here for Glacier National Park, note that it is far away (approx. 2 hours to get to a hike) and the driving is intense with high speeds and sometimes, heavy cross winds.

GGuest UserLoved the cabin, the setting and the location. Housekeeping staff seemed very nice and did a great job. The front desk staff was the week point, the guy we delt with at check in seemed completely indifferent, not rude but very close. The day before checkout we called the front desk asking to extend our stay another day, it was like we were inconveniencing him. He gave some excuse that we booked through a third party so it was a hassle to add another night, I think he was just lazy. How hard is it to create a new booking for an additional day? We ended up booking at the Holiday in down the street which was very nice and the front desk staff was night and day better, extremely friendly and helpful.

__WeChat301827****Room: The area is relatively large, the facilities and hardware are relatively new, the surrounding environment is quiet, it is a little far from the city.
Service: The front desk and restaurant have a good service attitude, there is free coffee in the lobby, hot food for breakfast, fruit, not many varieties but enough to eat, 5-6 there is free happy hour.

GGuest UserFor a nice motel that had skinny stairs with several floors, there was out of order elevator. Staff were not friendly or attentive. Room amenities for the price lacking. No refrigerator, no free wifi in rooms. They only offer in common areas. No fan or ventilation in bathrooms for shower. The ac in room was not set up where we could understand it. It was hot all night. Room was very clean, i will say that's a plus. Their supposed buffet breakfast didn't even offer eggs. They had hash browns and sausage. Bread items like muffins and toast, waffles. Cream cheese in fridge but no bagels. For the price we paid they need to improve some of these things.
