The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. Kudos to the hotel staff for going above and beyond! They specifically combined two beds for us and replaced them with a large mattress, creating a wonderfully comfortable super king-sized bed. ๐ The hotel's aesthetic design is truly impressive. The lobby also thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks and water. Guests have complimentary access to the indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath (hammam), and sauna. It's conveniently located less than a 20-minute walk from the heart of Bukhara Old City. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the overall stay offered excellent value for money.
The room is large, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are complete. It is very good to have an extra bed when traveling with two children. I will stay here again next time.
I liked everything, large rooms, clean, comfortable temperature, polite staff, and also convenient that it is close to the airport. Breakfasts are quite filling.
The location is excellent, about a 200-meter walk from Afanti Square. I stayed in a first-floor room. Although the window was blocked by a wall, it didn't affect my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the freshly ground coffee was a highlight. The garden-style setting in the lobby was very attractive.
The facilities were good, as expected from the Wyndham chain.
The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem.
However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly.
I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday.
I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime.
No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance,
and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.
For a three-star hotel everything is normal. Of the pluses: room dressing, good restaurant available from morning to night, good wi-fi, very quiet)
From the downsides: to the old city 20 minutes walk, it is uncomfortable to go, it is necessary to cross the tracks and the bed area. Bed is large but uncomfortable I: no mattress, bad pillows, washed grey bed linen. In the shower there is no pressure, the bathroom is gained 3 hours.

The hotel is not in the old city, but by taxi to get close enough. It was a little noisy from the cars on the street (view to the city). Breakfast was normal, varied, there was strawberries, cherry, apricots in the middle of May. But the eggs and casca were finished. We had a hard time to set up the TV, asked for help to staff. The air conditioner worked .good.bassnine good, new.
This hotel is outside the city, but there is a small road to the hotel, ten minutes to 15 minutes to walk. The positioning of the hotel is correct, and the positioning on Baidu is wrong. The hotel feels like a family-style service hotel. The rooms are very good, very clean and relatively large. It is also a middle and upper level in the local area. There is a swimming pool throughout the hotel, there is a large living room that can also change money, and the exchange rate is not bad. The service staff is very warm, especially the elderly couple is very friendly to us. English is also good. You can see the photos in the room.
