I asked if it was included in the room rate, and my breakfast was not bought temporarily at the hotel (it is reasonable that a five-star hotel can include service charge for buying breakfast temporarily). A female waiter said coldly that it was included, and just sign it. The problem is that I understand Spanish, are they lying to me? Although Ctrip customer service said that I could get a refund, I was just unhappy and argued with her, and then an older man came over and said that I didn't have to pay, so I let it go, but he still asked me to sign and check if the credit card was deducted when I returned to China. The next day, I didn't get a tip bill for dinner, and I signed it. I didn't give any stars for the service, but I'll give it 2 stars because the front desk was quite enthusiastic.

It is good hotel but for a 5-star hotel is not , don't feel in a 5-star hotel the service is not so good , to pay a high price compared to others do not offer you no free WiFi with that price , In general the facilities are well but it is more than 3-4 stars.
