Hotels With Pools in Nghe An Province, Vietnam

During my visit there were a number of questions to the hotel! On the very first day (apparently because guests were few) there was no Swedish table, it was necessary to order dishes through the waiter. Well, breakfast was the same as the hotel, which was 2 times cheaper in Vietnam. The waitress and all the staff of the hotel are always welcome and try to help. Next... the pool and gym were closed in the hours when they were to work, had to go to the recession and solve the question, before that on the floor even the light didn 't burn... it was several times. When more guests come, the hotel is revived lights, signs, so was before our departure when a large number of people settled, before that it looked a little abandoned! In general the hotel is good for its money, but these minus are upset.

Great hotel, good location, and the staff is nice, but overall, it's not all that great. The breakfast offers a wide selection, but the typical continental breakfast is rather lacking. There's only one type of cold cut and no cheese. Many items are constantly empty (fruit juices, butter, fresh fruit), and you're always waiting for them to be refilled, so you have to be quick. There's a large selection of hot Vietnamese dishes. Omelets, fried eggs, and scrambled eggs are freshly prepared upon request. Otherwise, it offers a lot (swimming pool, billiards, Skybar on the 33rd floor), but nothing really works. We were there for 3 days. The swimming pool was supposed to be open from 5 AM to 10 PM, but it was always closed when we arrived. On the first day, it closed at 7 PM in the evening. On the second day, it was closed all day for cleaning. On the third day, it was already closed by 10 AM in the morning. The rooms are nice, but the faucets and wardrobes are showing their age, and the bathroom fan doesn't work. Overall, it's okay, but somewhat disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

The Sheraton's standard is undoubtedly high. The facilities are excellent, and the room was bright, spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great floor-to-ceiling window view. The breakfast spread was diverse, abundant, and delicious. The staff provided excellent service, but their language skills for foreign guests were a bit lacking; they struggled with both Chinese and English, primarily communicating in Vietnamese.

Our room on a lower floor had a strong odor, but after we were moved to the 15th floor, it was fine. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was just okay, but the black glutinous rice yogurt was delicious! (It was great that one of the ladies at the front desk spoke a bit of Chinese.)

I will give 4 star if the toilet door is able to fully close

The room was nice, and the staff were enthusiastic. However, the elevator didn't have air conditioning. The breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, and the dishes were quite similar for several days.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! We came during our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including a room upgrade and beautiful personalised touches in the room. Dinner was delicious and service was perfect throughout. Special thanks to Trang, Hanh and Hien for being so kind, welcoming and thoughtful. We hope to come back again!

Excellent service and excellent cleanlines. Only problem is that the gym is REALLY lacking. The gym needs more equipment and weights. Not possible to do a proper workout with the equipment they have. Aside from that it was all good.

Modern Chinese room layout, very clean and tidy, Chinese service, no different from living in China, Chinese version of Gaode map is very convenient to take a taxi, to the airport to Lixun Goer Foxconn and other things are convenient, to the stove door beach to play very close is very convenient, affordable
