The reception was very kind, even helping to fix our mistake in booking. The location was great as Vincom was next door and there was a Winmart. Breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were large.

Environment: A very comfortable hotel.
Service: The service attitude of the staff is very good, everyone greets you with a smile, and you can communicate with them even if you speak Chinese.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, inside and outside, no dust.
Facilities: All the necessary functions are available, including a swimming pool and fitness equipment.
Anyway, I will continue to stay here next time I come on a business trip.

Every hotel the laundry bag is free for customers. But this hotel is charge extra the laundry bag . I stay 2 day on 19/4 i got use them laundry bag go outside wash clothes then no bring back . 20/4 i got check out them charge extra me 6 USD . And noon 20/4 i got check in again stay 1 more day . 21/4 got check out and give back them the laundry bag . Them no give return and no refund money . 2 receptionists stood lauging talk to customers is money in company cant return paid cash maybe can return but bank in cant . And other said paid cash also cant refund because alr in to company . First time see got hotel charge the laundry bag .

Fantastic resort that is nearby the Van Long nature reserve.. you can rent bicycles and cycle there to take boat rides, then ride further along a scenic route to ruong cafe, where you can have coffee and tea in a beautiful rice padi field.
Tip: don't take the rental bikes with racer bike style seats unless you like pain and discomfort
Highly recommended for families. Spa and restaurant is very good.

The Hotel is set amongst a beautiful mountain backdrop, with lush tropical gardens. A little away from the centre of town but close enough to get to restaurants, shops and attractions quite easily. The pool was stand out feature and blended in nicely with the surroundings.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful with any requests. Would recommend to anyone looking for a modern hotel in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay!

I guess it’s really depends on your room. We had room 102 which was exactly opposite of reception, just like 3 steps from our doors to desk.
We had constantly someone talking or even sitting by our window. We had to keep our windows and curtains closed. Plus you have a music entertainments in weekends.
We liked the picture of the stone but it’s not worth it to choose this place just for that. You can go there for coffee.

This hotel was a real mixed bag!
Some of the staff were exceptional whilst others definitely required more training; our balcony was left unlocked twice by the cleaning staff. Some of the drinks made in the bar were very poor and undrinkable. Reception staff were generally extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The bar and pool area were grubby and there are definitely nicer choices in the area.
The decor in the rooms and reception was very nice, but it was really let down by the pool and bar. There was also only 3 (conjoined) sun loungers by the pool for the whole hotel.
Bikes were free and accessible which was great, but the location wasn’t great and there was nowhere nice to eat or drink in the vicinity.

The accommodation was spacious and the view was lovely and cozy. The hosts were incredibly supportive and helpful. The price was very reasonable. We rented a motorbike but didn't use it much, and they even gave us a discount. The location is convenient for visiting Mua Cave and there are many famous restaurants nearby.

GGuest UserThis hotel was amazing! The pool was clean and staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Room service needed to be notified beforehand which we didn’t know but after finding out we always got towels, water bottles and bananas. 15-20min walk from the main centre so easy to do after a night out. The breakfast options were great, both Asian and Western :) Thank you for the amazing stay.

GGuest UserWe arranged private transport from Hanoi hotel to Hidden Charm and the transport was punctual (early in fact). Driver was focused and safe.
Check-in at Hidden Charm was a breeze, they served a citrusy warm drink that I enjoyed. Front desk customer service personnel were proactive in suggesting sightseeing spots at Ninh Binh when we asked for suggestions.
Breakfast buffet was pretty standard with western bread options and Asian pho, fried rice etc.
Location wise, Hidden Charm is very near the Tam Coc boat ticket booth and also offers bicycles for us to cycle to Mua Caves and where the Lying Dragon was. At the entrance to Mua Cave, there will be people trying to get you to park your bikes for a fee, typically 5k VND per bike but we found one close to entrance and charged 2k VND per bike.
Our room was at the 7th floor and comes with a expansive view. The bed was comfortable and not too soft. There was also a bath tub for me to enjoy.
At the end of trip, the hotel staff arranged for private transport to the Noi Bai airport at my request. Again, driver was early and ride was smooth. I enjoyed my stay at Hidden Charm and would recommend to anyone who wish to stay in a clean hotel with excellent service.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel got it right. A warm welcome, fast check-in, and staff who actually help with your bags — a rare combo these days. To top it off, we got a free upgrade! Our room came with a bathtub, a nice exterior view, and a little extra space — always a win in my book.
After long days of tours and wandering around, the peaceful nights were a blessing. And that rooftop pool? A quiet little oasis — perfect for cooling off, pretending you’re in a luxury resort, and questioning every life decision that led you to deserve such comfort. Overall, the stay was a delight.
The only small downside would be its location, which is a bit away from the city center — but nothing a quick Grab ride can’t fix. They also rent motorbikes (we just wish they’d mentioned it earlier 😂).
We left with smiles and even a small farewell gift — classy touch. I’d absolutely come back, ideally on purpose next time.

I arrived so late at night I could not see the surrounds! When I arrived in darkness I could see beauty! When I woke in the morning I was blown away! The breakfast options were wide and the delivery and taste was so nice! The coffee house does real coffee?! So tasty and the service is so kind and authentic! Then I ordered a massage! Oh my! The lady that came to my room was such a brilliant practicioner! I invited her back for the next day! My only regret was that I did not have her for all my nights I stayed! This is a win! Do not miss this place with such lovely honest staff! I even dropped 2 x 500,000 dong notes when I was settling and the man came and returned it to me! I was so shocked I gave him 500,000 to say thank you! Thank you for such a beautiful stay
