Flamingo Dai Lai was a wonderful experience along with the great weather. It took us 1hr from Central Hanoi to reach the resort. The facilities were great, with a lot of entertainment and activities for families and kids. The main swimming pool had warm water which is perfect for the cold weather. The villa we stayed was spacious and clean. The only downside is the inconvenience of calling the buggy to get us around. We had no Vietnamese phone number so we had to rely on calling the reception to get us buggy. All in all, the stay in Flamingo was great, I would have stayed another night if not for our flight.

I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. I booked a 2-bed room for about 4.100.000 VND/night. When I arrived at 16:00, I received a room that was not in line with the picture I booked, I asked the staff to change a 2-bed room, the staff said there was no room, had to wait 30p-1 hours to have a room. I was very tired so I couldn't wait. The staff didn't show a mistake but told me in a very cold voice. ”There is no room, if you want to change, you have to wait ...” I was disappointed with some money spent but returned the service attitude that was not worth it.

We stayed in a deluxe room with a mountain view, and it was a good experience. The balcony offered a lovely view of Tam Dao Castle, which made the stay even more special. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel decor was very nice. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool overlooking Tam Dao Castle, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.
