Beyond expectations! Clean, great service, water park, and a fantastic café & mini-mart! 🌟☕️ I chose this place by coincidence because I didn't have transportation near the border and saw only a few reviews online. However, everything turned out to be beyond my expectations! Cleanliness & Comfort: Everything is spotless and brand new. The bed is super soft and comfortable perfect for a good night's rest after traveling. Great Facilities: They have an on-site water park, which is a great bonus for relaxing. A convenient mini-mart right on-site for daily essentials. A café serving wonderfully strong and delicious coffee that coffee lovers will surely enjoy. Outstanding Service: The staff went above and beyond! Nice location one street away from the river. Quite location and around 1km to backpacker hostel, where most of the bus stops. Here you can book for your cave visits, boating and kayaking.

The staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience. The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop. Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy. We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus. Would definitely recommend!

  Really beautiful hotel, inside and outside. Very friendly, professional staff. We happened to arrive before high season and were upgraded to a lovely suite. The restaurant is excellent, we ate there everyday, the duck is awesome. The beach is right across the street. We had the entire area all to ourselves, which at first was weird, but we enjoyed it. No lines, no crowds. 

A large, comfortable, quiet room, a few hundred meters from the car road, with spacious bathroom. The hotel is a very nice view of the river and many places to sit and watch it. We were very comfortable with me, while my bus arrived in Phong Nha very early and I had not booked room for the night during which my bus traveled.

Perfect stay for our purpose. We needed a pleasant stay before and after a tough jungle trek. And we got exactly what we needed. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff, decent kitchen and nice breakfast. We had exactly what we needed.

Toilet is bad. Unable to flush properly. Needs to keep flushing and hope it all goes down

The pool was actually at a neighboring affiliated hotel. There were also very few deck chairs, which made it difficult to use.

Muong Thanh Hotel holds a special place in my heart. They are well-organized and provide excellent service. The building is old and the facilities are a bit worn, but the service is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet, and the proximity to the beach always gives a refreshing feeling. I'm lucky to have found a hotel like this while living in Vietnam. I'm so grateful to all the hotel staff. Five stars are not enough. They are a four-star hotel, but they provide service that rivals that of a five-star hotel. I'm grateful to everyone.

Réserver sans hésiter, cet hôtel était parfait ! La literie était confortable, la chambre, propre et insonorisé. De plus, le personnel était adorable et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner était excellent bien que légèrement plus limité que d’habitude, mais nous sommes en basse- saison donc tout à fait normal. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse
