I used to go there with friends at night, but this time I was the first customer in the morning. The mini sandwiches were served with Spanish blood sausage + quail eggs + garlic mayonnaise, and the cocktail I chose was Campari Daiquiri. Of course, you must not miss the Basque Cheesecake, which has simple ingredients but a satisfying texture. The light in the store is very soft during the day, shining on the wooden structure, making people feel particularly at ease. I always want to have another drink before going out to greet the cold wind.

There was no sign at the entrance of the restaurant. One of my friends walked back and forth on the small street twice before finding it. The ingredients were all very good, and the overall emphasis was on the ingredients themselves. The rich flavor of the cheddar choux buns won unanimous praise from everyone, the chestnut soup & shimeji amazed everyone, the roe deer was tender, but game meat is generally heavy, so the lady could only taste a small bite, but the other three Italians enjoyed it very much. Speaking of how much the Italians love bitterness, the Italian espresso pursues a heavy bitterness after deep roasting, and even the radicchio here is the same. Meow Meow took a bite and said "It's very bitter", and my friend said "I don't think it's bitter enough", and the other two echoed "Yes, I don't think it's bitter enough" and "Well, it tastes better if it's a little more bitter". The brewed beer in this shop is very good, but the cup is too small. They use red wine glasses. For us Chinese, this cup is too small to drink beer. The beef tastes good too, with a lot of spices.
