Bar Raval

There was no sign at the entrance of the restaurant. One of my friends walked back and forth on the small street twice before finding it. The ingredients were all very good, and the overall emphasis was on the ingredients themselves. The rich flavor of the cheddar choux buns won unanimous praise from everyone, the chestnut soup & shimeji amazed everyone, the roe deer was tender, but game meat is generally heavy, so the lady could only taste a small bite, but the other three Italians enjoyed it very much. Speaking of how much the Italians love bitterness, the Italian espresso pursues a heavy bitterness after deep roasting, and even the radicchio here is the same. Meow Meow took a bite and said "It's very bitter", and my friend said "I don't think it's bitter enough", and the other two echoed "Yes, I don't think it's bitter enough" and "Well, it tastes better if it's a little more bitter". Okay, I'll treat you to bitter melon scrambled eggs next time.

Rich in variety, rich in flavor, exquisite in dishes, and generous in portions, it's awesome
