I randomly walked into this shop while passing by. The owner was efficient and quick, taking orders and serving food promptly. The ambiance was typical of a small shop, but it was clean and the tables weren't greasy. I ordered their signature dish (the original review didn't specify, but I'm retaining that fact), and the flavor was indeed authentic, not overly seasoned, allowing you to taste the natural flavors of the ingredients. The price was also reasonable; the meal for two didn't exceed our budget. It's a great place to go when you don't want to rack your brains looking for a place.
This restaurant is well-known among our local regulars, so I don't need to elaborate. I come here several times a month. Last time I took some friends, and none of the dishes we ordered were bad, especially the signature dish, which was truly authentic. The waiters are also quite attentive; they proactively refilled our water without us even asking. Anyway, I'm too lazy to go anywhere else.
The owner of this restaurant is really nice and incredibly welcoming. She'll even offer recommendations if you're hesitant. Last time I went, I ordered their signature braised pork belly, and it was absolutely authentic—just like the kind I have back home. I suggest you go early, as it can get crowded during peak hours and you might have to wait for a table.
