The rice served in the bamboo basket at Binglang Valley is so delicious! The bamboo basket lined with banana leaves and the five-colored rice looks incredibly appetizing. My favorite is the ginger-flavored Binglang chicken; the meat is tender and has a hint of ginger flavor. Don't you all love this authentic taste? The surfing fish and five-legged pig are also great, perfectly capturing the essence of the Li ethnic group.

This place's bamboo rice is absolutely amazing! The rice grains are soaked with the aroma of the bamboo tube, and there's also a subtle herbal fragrance. Do you know what that feels like? I devoured two servings by myself 😂 The girl at the next table saw how much I enjoyed it and asked me what it was. Successfully recommended it! Don't you guys also love this kind of sticky and chewy staple food?

This restaurant has ethnic minority characteristics. First of all, many of the decoration materials are traditional Miao and Li thatch and bamboo, which looks very similar to the original. The food tastes very unique, but I can't accept it as I am from another place.
