Zhang Yipin Restaurant is located in Xiantan Food Square in Xinshi Ancient Town.
Go to Xinshi Ancient Town for a stroll on weekends and choose Zhang Yipin Restaurant for lunch. The spacious storefront, the eight-immortal table in front of the hall, and the large kitchen in the back make it look like a restaurant and canteen in the 1980s, full of the sense of the times.
I came here to eat three years ago and I can&#39;t forget the braised lamb here. I ordered the signature braised lamb, stir-fried lamb, lamb hoof, lamb noodles, lamb blood soup, shredded eel, and snow vegetable mushrooms. What&#39;s shocking is that the lamb bones that conquered me at 5 yuan a pot are still 5 yuan now! A little wine, a lamb bone, what else can I ask for!
The dishes of Zhang Yipin Restaurant are traditional in taste and very cost-effective. When you go to Xinshi Ancient Town, I strongly recommend Zhang Yipin in Xiantan Food Square.

It was a little greasy, and the braised mutton noodles also had sugar in them, but I don&#39;t like sugar, but everything else was good. We tried the mutton noodles, eel noodles, and pork rib noodles, as well as the local specialty snacks, which were so large that they needed to be packed up.

It has been renovated and now has a self-service mode. The environment is also clean, and it is more comfortable to eat. The variety is still as rich as before. It is easy to get full with soy milk, tea cakes or other snacks.

This vanilla mochi ice cream is really good! The mochi skin is incredibly soft and chewy, with a satisfyingly firm texture. The vanilla ice cream inside melts quickly, so you have to eat it fast. I suggest you start eating it as soon as you get it, instead of just taking pictures, otherwise it&#39;ll melt and be a shame.

I came to Xinshi for a weekend trip and was looking for something to eat at noon. We came to Yuansong Mutton Restaurant, located in Xiantan Food Square on Ningxia Road. It looks like a time-honored restaurant. There were quite a lot of customers inside. We ordered the same thing, which was mutton noodles, 35 yuan a bowl. Very solid. A big bowl of noodles with a bowl of mutton. The mutton was stewed very well, with thick oil and red sauce, not greasy, and tasted very good.

The broth was indeed clear and fresh, and not cloying even at the end. The sweetness was very restrained, coming from the ingredients themselves. I must commend the minced duck; you could tell it was hand-chopped, the texture was well preserved, and the portion was generous.
