This restaurant's Inner Mongolian lamb and Luxi beef are really good! Last time I tried different cuts, and the difference in texture was quite noticeable. Did you notice? The lamb leg meat and ribs are completely different textures, and the beef is the same—some are tender, some are a bit chewy. If you go, you should try a few different kinds. Don't you like it this way too? 😄

This restaurant's individual hot pot style of lamb is so comforting; the tripe and meat are incredibly fresh. Sitting by the window, slowly cooking your lamb while watching the steam rise is so relaxing.

This restaurant's pickled garlic is absolutely amazing, incredibly crisp. I did some research, and it seems to be made with fresh garlic that's freshly pickled, without that astringent taste of stale garlic. It's especially refreshing with grilled meat, and I'd recommend ordering an extra small dish; it's also great on its own.
