The service was impeccable. Upon entering, someone greeted us and seated us; within two minutes of sitting down, hot tea and a menu were presented. The servers explained the dishes clearly and proactively confirmed details such as spiciness levels and dietary restrictions. They also changed plates and refilled water at just the right time, without being overly intrusive.

The atmosphere in this shop is really comfortable, with soft lighting that's just right. Sitting by the window watching people go by makes time seem to slow down. I ordered a tiramisu, which was sweet but not cloying, and paired with a hot Americano, it made the whole afternoon very relaxing.

This shop is great with vouchers. I highly recommend their drinks; I tried their signature fruit tea. They give you plenty of fruit, and the tea base is refreshing and not too sweet—perfect for quenching your thirst in the summer. I suggest ordering it with less ice for an even better taste.
