The oil-splashed noodles were delicious, but I recommend adding an extra spoonful of dried chili peppers to elevate the aroma even further. It gets crowded during peak hours, so I suggest coming about half an hour later. The complimentary pickled radish side dish is very refreshing and goes perfectly with the noodles.
