Recommend a Tujia restaurant in Libo Ancient Town We finally arrived at Libo County at dusk. After a short rest, we had the last activity of the day - dinner. We did not go to the snack street recommended by the tour guide, but chose to taste the food in Libo Ancient Town that we had planned in advance. There are not many tourists in the ancient town during the off-season, so it is easy to find a Tujia restaurant with a rural taste. The antique two-story building has more than a dozen tables, and the hall is filled with a strong smell of oil smoke. It is said that it serves local Tujia cuisine in Southeast Guizhou. As the night fades and the lights come on, we move to the open-air seats outside the door, where we can enjoy the cool breeze while tasting the food and watching the beautiful night view in early summer. Soon the food was served, and the taste of the 4 home-cooked dishes I ordered did not disappoint me. The most delicious fried meat with fresh bamboo shoots, tender bamboo shoots and fragrant meat, slightly spicy, just right for rice; fried river shrimp, crispy and fragrant, slightly sweet after chewing; crystal clear rice noodles (not called silk dolls here) wrapped with green cucumber shreds, yellow carrot shreds and white green onion shreds, very beautiful, dipped in a mouthful of hot and sour sauce, full of fragrance and endless aftertaste; handmade tofu balls, tofu puffs filled with salty and fragrant meat fillings, accompanied by green vegetables, mushrooms and ham sausages, steaming hot and fragrant (local dishes are heavy, the soup is a bit salty, and I ate a bowl of rice at the end). A beautiful meal for 2 people cost only more than 100 yuan, which should be quite cost-effective in tourist attractions. The most important thing is that the night view in the ancient town is unexpectedly beautiful, a well-known Internet celebrity attraction.
