丁记火锅·酸汤牛肉

An inconspicuous specialty hot pot restaurant hidden in the alley. It is a small shop outside the food street. It is very convenient to get there by following the navigation. The boss looks like a couple, very kind and enthusiastic. Two people bought a meal for two. I ordered "Juewei Sour Soup Base" and told the boss to try not to be spicy. The base was just right, sweet and sour and slightly spicy, very appetizing. "Fresh Yellow Beef" The beef is very fresh, boiled for dozens of seconds, picked up, and dipped in sauce, it is especially delicious. "Fresh Pork Meatballs" doesn't look big, but it tastes very full, the meatballs are wrapped very tightly, and taste good. "White Tofu" must be ordered, the perfect match for hot pot, you can cook it for a while longer to fully absorb the taste of the bottom of the pot, which is more delicious. Overall, it is a restaurant that looks simple and unpretentious on the outside, the taste is super good 👍, the price-performance ratio is very high, and it is worth tasting.

The sour taste is authentic and delicious! Especially the tofu dumplings!
