A bowl of beef noodles in the early morning—the broth was incredibly flavorful, and the beef was stewed until tender. The addition of houttuynia cordata brought the whole bowl of noodles to life with its unique aroma. Sitting by the window, watching the sky slowly brighten outside, I felt completely relaxed.

The owners are incredibly nice! Since it was my first time there, they immediately made me a local dipping sauce, and it tasted absolutely amazing! It was completely different from what I make at home, haha! So thoughtful!
