The sense of security that comes with a long-established brand is something you can't find anywhere else. I came alone in the evening, ordered a steaming bowl of their signature wonton noodles, and sat by the window. Watching the streetlights slowly come on outside, and the steam rising from the bowl, I suddenly felt a sense of peace.

The silver thread rolls even had orange peel inside; the moment you bite into one, the aroma of orange bursts out. There aren't many shops that make this around here, and theirs tastes pretty authentic.

I've eaten here a few times before, and their beef potstickers and pan-fried buns are indeed excellent—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The soy milk is freshly ground, and a hot cup is just right. I suggest you avoid peak meal times, otherwise you'll have to wait for a table.
