The last time I came to this restaurant, it was always packed during mealtimes, and the table turnover was fast. The environment looks ordinary, but it's quite clean, and it's not noisy even after sitting for a while. I suggest you avoid weekend evenings, otherwise you'll have to wait for a table.
The owner was incredibly kind; she greeted us with a smile as soon as we entered, like she was welcoming an old friend. When we ordered, she patiently recommended dishes and even reminded us that the portions might be large, worried we might not be able to finish. This homely warmth made us feel very relaxed, as comfortable as eating at a relative's house.
I've had quite a few oil teas before, and this place is definitely quick to serve. The tea soup is brewed to a golden, thick consistency, with a slightly bitter initial taste that quickly turns sweet. The key is in the toppings; the fried rice, peanuts, and sesame seeds are generously provided, creating a delightful texture. I recommend drinking it while it's hot, as the flavor diminishes considerably when it cools down.
