龙干锅

Passing by this small dry pot beef shop in the night, I pushed open the door and was immediately surrounded by lively chatter. I ordered a plate of their signature beef, which arrived sizzling and fragrant with a hint of spiciness. Sitting by the window, looking at the dim glow of the streetlights outside, I suddenly felt that this noisy yet warm night was very comfortable.

I passed by this restaurant before lunchtime, and when I went inside, I found it wasn't crowded. Surprisingly, the food came out incredibly quickly; the kitchen was filled with the sounds of spatulas and woks, and steaming hot dishes were served in no time. Sitting by the window, watching the street scene, and slowly enjoying my meal was very pleasant.

This dry pot beef is absolutely amazing! Eating around the fire is such a wonderful experience, especially warm and comforting in winter. I also tried their infused liquor, which had a very unique flavor. It was so much fun chatting and eating with my friends, haha! I'll definitely come back next time!
