You'll likely have to wait for a table on weekend evenings, so it's recommended to call ahead and make a reservation. Two of us ordered the signature roast goose and stir-fried beef noodles. The roast goose had crispy skin and tender meat, and the accompanying plum sauce was very refreshing. The beef noodles had a great wok hei (wok aroma), but were a little too oily. The price per person was around 80 RMB, which is quite reasonable for the Zhujiang New Town area.

This restaurant costs just over 100 yuan per person, and they give you a generous amount of meat, which is incredibly fragrant after grilling. The two of us ordered a set meal for two and ended up so full we could barely move. I recommend not ordering extra dishes; the amount of meat in the set meal is more than enough.

This place has amazing chilled sour soup! It's the perfect match for grilled skewers; one bite instantly cuts through the grease, and the tangy, cool flavor is just perfect for summer. Don't you guys love this combination too? I order it every time I come!
