I've ordered this group-buying set meal from this restaurant before. The broth is indeed spicy, not just the kind of chili oil that's only colored. The beef tripe and tripe were fresh and crisp after cooking. The complimentary plum juice refills are a nice touch, as it helps relieve the spiciness. If you're also ordering this set meal, I suggest not cooking the beef tripe for too long.

This restaurant consistently receives high ratings and has a large number of repeat customers. I've observed that their braised pork belly is almost always a hit; the cooking time of the meat and the consistency of the sauce are the same every time I come. The kitchen must have standardized procedures, which is quite remarkable.

The restaurant has a really nice ambiance, with a classic and elegant feel, and it's quite comfortable to sit in. The waiter was incredibly friendly, constantly watching the fire for us, and immediately coming over to adjust it if it got too hot or too low, so we didn't have to worry about anything, haha. Don't you guys also like having someone adjust the heat for you? It makes eating hot pot so much more convenient!
