When we brought our child to this restaurant, the staff took extra care of the little one. Seeing how busy we were, they brought us extra cushions for the baby chairs and even reminded us that the soup was a bit hot, so they let it cool down before bringing it over.

At the Watson Country Club in the Lushan West Sea Resort, this restaurant offers a window view of the entire lake. In the evening, the setting sun casts a warm golden glow on the water, making the steamed mandarin fish on the plate appear tinged with a gentle gold. I don't remember the taste of the food very clearly, but the twilight light and the tranquil lake outside the window were incredibly relaxing.

Locals here don't usually order Duchang bean and sea cucumber soup specifically for fish head soup. But this soup is really good; the fish broth is rich, and the bean and sea cucumber absorb the broth and become even more fragrant than the fish.
