The service was indeed well thought out. We were greeted and seated upon entering, and the servers proactively introduced the signature dishes after we were seated. When ordering, they reminded us that the portions were large and suggested ordering less initially, adding more if needed. This detail was very practical and prevented waste. The speed of serving the dishes was well-controlled; basically, one dish was served before the next was served, preventing the table from being overwhelmed with food.
This buffet has a clear section layout, with separate areas for seafood, steak, hot pot, Japanese food, and desserts. I mainly tried the seafood and grilled meats, as I didn't have to run back and forth to get the food. I suggest taking a walk around to see which section restocks quickly. For popular items like salmon, try to get it right when the chef comes out to get freshly cut salmon.
In the seafood section, you could see live shrimp swimming around, and the oysters were plump and juicy. Standing there watching the chef process the whelks, the sound of the rushing water was strangely relaxing. The mussels were a decent size, but some of their shells weren't closed tightly enough.
