I arrived a little after 9 PM, and there were still quite a few people, but the wait wasn't too long. I ordered some grilled skewers and a serving of crayfish, and sat outside enjoying the breeze while eating—it was quite relaxing. The skewers sizzled as they arrived, and the aroma immediately filled the air. The crayfish weren't very big, but they were very flavorful; my hands were covered in juice while peeling them, a little messy but very satisfying. A few people at the next table were drinking and chatting, a bit noisy, but the lively atmosphere was actually quite pleasant. Halfway through, I ordered a serving of grilled eggplant, which was soft and tender, with plenty of garlic—very satisfying. They definitely have a wide variety of food for late-night snacks; you can basically find anything you want to eat. Next time, I want to try their congee; I saw the table next to me had ordered a pot, and it smelled delicious.
This place is seriously underrated!! Can you believe you can eat until you're stuffed for just 20-30 yuan per person? I ordered a set meal directly, and I was stunned when it arrived—the portions were incredibly generous! I'm still savoring their signature dish; you absolutely have to order it if you go, you'll regret it if you don't. Even I, with my big appetite, was stuffed. If you girls go, one serving would probably be enough for two people, haha. By the way, do you usually specifically look for these kinds of small restaurants when you're looking for food? I'm the type who can't resist going into any alleyway with a queue! 😂
The hamburger buns were grilled quite soft, and the beef patty was juicy when you bit into it, not dry at all. The fries were thick-cut and fried to a crispy perfection, and they didn't get soggy much even when they cooled down. The spicy chicken burger was on the spicy side, so if you can't handle spice, remember to tell the staff you want less sauce. By the way, it gets really crowded during mealtimes, so you'd better arrive before 11:30 am, otherwise the line will stretch all the way to the door.
