I went during lunchtime, and it was really crowded. It took almost twenty minutes for the food to arrive. The servers were quite friendly and kept urging the kitchen to hurry up, which was a plus. However, the food service was indeed a bit slow. If you're in a hurry, I suggest coming during off-peak hours, or ordering the pre-prepared cold dishes, which will save you a lot of time.

We brought our child, and there were plenty of seats in the lobby, which was a plus. The environment was clean and tidy, so even if the kids were being noisy, they wouldn't disturb others. I recommend sitting in the window row; the lighting is good, and the kids can watch the traffic outside and stay quiet for a while.

The crispy whole chicken at this restaurant is indeed excellent; the skin is crispy enough, and the meat isn't dry. The wait isn't too long at lunchtime; the food comes out quite quickly. As for the price, it's reasonable for this location, making it a good choice for a lunch for one person.
