Pushing open the wooden door felt like stepping into a bygone era. The evening light slanted in through the latticed windows, falling softly on the couple at the next table, their voices mingling gently with the grain of the wooden table. The air was filled with the comforting scent of old wood, mingled with the faint aroma of food. Sitting here, lost in thought, watching the light and shadows shift, even the smallest anxieties in my heart seemed to quiet down.

When I pushed open the door, the restaurant was already packed, the sounds of people and the aroma of food mingling together, creating a lively atmosphere. To my surprise, the staff were all smiles, and shortly after I ordered, a steaming bowl of sauerkraut fish was served.

The herbal tea was indeed excellent; all the established brands around here tasted the same. The meat broth was quite a surprise; it's rare to find such a flavorful broth when you're not by the sea.
