This Crème Brûlée with Crispy Milk Puff really won me over. The sweetness of the milk tea was just right, not cloying at all, and the pudding at the bottom was especially smooth and fragrant. My favorite part was the tapioca pearls; they were chewy and delicious, and mixed with the crispy bits on top of the milk puff, the texture was so rich. Sitting by the window, slowly sipping it, I felt completely relaxed.

When the chilled cheese strawberry drink was served, fine droplets of water still clung to the glass. The first sip revealed a rich strawberry aroma mingled with the salty-sweet flavor of the cheese, slowly melting in my mouth. Sitting by the window watching the street scene gradually darken, I felt completely relaxed.

Locals here don't really care about the size of the cup when it comes to drinks. Their large cups are really generous; around twenty yuan is enough to drink for an afternoon. I'll buy some when I pass by.
