This shop is tucked away in a hutong (traditional alleyway), and the moment you step inside, you feel a sense of comfort. The lighting is warm and yellow, old photos adorn the walls, and soft jazz music plays. I ordered a spaghetti bolognese, and the portion was generous. The sauce was rich and thick, coating every strand of pasta. As I slowly finished the meal, I felt completely relaxed.
