Joyful Jianghu Cuisine: While strolling around Temple Street, I couldn&#39;t find any large restaurants. I kept walking until I found this, and it turned out to be the only decent-sized restaurant nearby. I wasn&#39;t really looking for spicy food, but I had no choice. The restaurant is on the second floor of a shopping mall with very little foot traffic. There&#39;s an escalator up, but you have to walk down stairs to get down.

The [Pickled Fish] is their signature dish, and I saw almost every table ordering it. It arrived very quickly after ordering, practically unprepared. This is because it&#39;s pre-cooked. The fish was obviously not fresh, and even the pickled cabbage was overcooked and limp, completely different from the pickled cabbage in truly fresh pickled fish. The fish head and tail were specially fried until they were thoroughly cooked; a light touch and your mouth would be full of oil.

The [Hand-Torn Cabbage] wasn&#39;t pre-cooked anymore, so the wait was much longer. I asked for it to be less oily, but it was still quite oily. But that&#39;s what you get when it&#39;s oily.

This place is perfect for spending time alone! Plenty of seats, it&#39;s quiet and peaceful, and it seems like everyone here is a regular. I can sit here all afternoon with just a drink, it&#39;s so comfortable, haha!

The receptionist was so nice! She was incredibly patient when I took my order, explaining each dish to me and even secretly telling me how to order the most cost-effectively&mdash;was she worried I&#39;d overspend, haha!

牛杂煲真的绝了！料给得超多，炖得也烂烂的，那个萝卜吸饱了汤汁，一抿就化开，太香了！要是锅底能再多点白菜或者豆腐泡就更好了哈哈，感觉能再干两碗饭！

The beef offal hot pot was absolutely amazing! They gave so many ingredients, and it was stewed until it was so tender. The radish soaked up all the broth and melted in your mouth&mdash;it was so fragrant! It would be even better if there was more cabbage or tofu puffs at the bottom of the pot, haha. I feel like I could eat two more bowls of rice with it!

这家店就在新兴一中门口辅道里，不算主路但特别好找！果然是学生们强推的老店啊，你是不是也是被同学安利过来的？哈哈我也是！

This shop is located on the side road in front of Xinxing No.1 Middle School, not on the main road but it&#39;s super easy to find! It&#39;s definitely a long-established shop highly recommended by students. Were you also recommended by your classmates? Haha, me too!

开放式厨房看着就让人很安心，菜端上来还是热乎乎的。整个空间收拾得干净舒服，坐在这儿慢慢吃一顿饭，心情也跟着放松下来。

The open kitchen gives me a sense of security, and the food is served piping hot. The whole space is clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal.
