Flower tea and yogurt are free! 😍 I was really surprised. I thought it was just an ordinary little restaurant, but they gave it to me as soon as I sat down, and it was even unlimited refills! The flower tea was so fragrant, and it was so refreshing with the yogurt. I felt like I could get my money's worth just by drinking this, haha.
This rice is amazing! Each grain is distinct, a perfect match for the tender and flavorful lamb chops. The lamb chops are stewed to perfection; they fall off the bone with the slightest touch. I could eat three bowls of rice with the broth! Don't you guys love eating it this way too? Me too, haha!
The lamb pilaf was stewed until incredibly tender, the meat falling off the bone with a touch of chopsticks. The dried fruit pilaf was generously filled with raisins and dried apricots, the sweetness perfectly balancing the richness. The spicy red bean curd side dish was free to refill and a refreshing addition to the pilaf. The yogurt was homemade; remember to ask the staff for honey, otherwise it would be a bit sour.
