The entrance of the restaurant is secret, the environment is simple and modern, the open kitchen, 17 dishes, no fixed menu, the restaurant brings exquisite molecular cuisine to the diners, the appearance, taste, experience, surprises. The most attractive is the last dessert, the chef uses more than a dozen ingredients to "paint" on the spot. Do you have the heart to eat the food map completed under the superb skills?

Last night dinner was worth the wait and for this price. A real gourmet feast. A movie that loved to watch. The trained service staff was part of the description. The look was like art. The perfect food blended together. One night but can recall and talk for years.

曾经承诺过毕了业赚到了钱一定要请妈妈吃一次高大上的三星米其林。正好幸运的前两天查了一下alinea的位置发现今天正好有四个人的空缺，于是约上了我妈和我婆婆一起来体验这顿好吃又好玩的晚餐。人均四百美金，服务没给满分因为我要求他们能给个中文菜单他们做不到。环境的话俩个老人家觉得空间偏小不够trump的sixteen高大上。但是菜是绝对好吃又能吃饱的，在米其林当中分量算很足得了。感觉这趟很值，把食物变成艺术来吃，也满足了自己带妈妈们来吃的愿望。希望以后能赚更多钱请妈妈到世界各地吃吃吃。

alinea分子料理，一直被称为是美国最好的餐厅，位于芝加哥的lincoln park，这里需要提前一个月预定，不然会没有位置，比较推荐的是苹果味氢气球，很有特色，也是分子料理的一个创新之处。

芝加哥的米其林三星饭店，做的是分子料理，很有创意，里面的菜看着和盆景差不多，都是工艺品，味道我觉得没什么特别之处，噱头大一点。
