20230706上午：1、“高山花园”位于5A景区“长白山”内。长白山是世界闻名的休眠火山，是“中华十大名山”之一、“中国东北第一山”，也是中国和朝鲜的界山，山顶16峰中的9座位于我国境内，而包含最高峰“将军峰”（海拔2691米）在内的7座位于朝鲜境内。长白山始见于4000多年前的《山海经》里的“不咸山”，即神仙山，山顶上大名鼎鼎的“天池”是火山喷发后形成自然形成的世界最大、最深、海拔最高的火山口湖，是松花江的源头、世界三大黄金水源之一，也是成为女真族的发祥地，被金朝和清朝视为龙脉的圣山，清代被禁封保护了200多年，清帝常来长白山祭拜并留下诗文，历史上留有努尔哈赤、清康熙帝、乾隆帝、嘉庆帝、道光帝、范仲淹、杜甫、辛弃疾、徐霞客、邓小平等名人足迹，抗日战争时期也作为东北抗联的根据地，涌现出了杨靖宇等抗日民族英雄。景区动植物资源丰富，是众多影视剧的取景地，集观景、滑雪、温泉于一体，分北坡、西坡、南坡3条线路，彼此在长白山中互不相通，属于长白山景区的3个独立的子景区。西坡包含天池、“锦江大峡谷”、“王池”、“高山花园”、“梯子河”5大区域。①地址：吉林省白山市抚松县圣山路与王池大街交叉口西200米（长白山旅游集散服务中心）②交通：不通公交，开车很好停。③旺季：夏季最温暖，6月可看杜鹃花海和鸢尾花。④用时：6小时。⑤注意事项：去前留意天气预报，以免阴天雾天看不到天池。2、长白山西坡的集散中心在抚松县江河镇，是前往景区内部的直通车发车点，是游客必须去的地方，因为私家车不能进景区。有3种公共交通到达：①飞机：从“白山长白山机场”出来后，无机场巴士和公交，只能打车到18公里外的集散中心，打表约40元，但揽活的司机一般要一口价50元以上，可照40元砍价。②火车：“松江河站” 离集散中心约7公里，打表的话不到20元，但当地出租司机偏向一口价，可照20元砍价。③长途车：“松江河客运站”离集散中心约7公里，打车的话同上。3、高山花园在换乘中心附近，海拔1400米左右，是东北亚唯一的原始高山植被宝库，200多亩五彩缤纷的花卉漫山遍野，花季在7月左右，可惜现下暂停开放了，不过据摆渡车司机说，高山花园的视觉效果跟鸢尾花园差不多，也算稍稍弥补遗憾了。

高山花园，生物多样性水平和我想象中的还有不小差距。但既然来了西坡，相关景点还是值得一游的。我去的时候是七月中旬，那天暴晒，走得汗流浃背。

长白山植被垂直分布的表现，也是西坡的一个景点，最好看的时候就是在六月，山坡上鲜花绽放，绿草如茵，清新的空气，让人心旷神怡，流连忘返。
