Bethesda Fountain, an important attraction in New York's Central Park, is located in the middle of Central Park, from 72nd Street, 5th Avenue, into Central Park, westbound and accessible. You can also take the Blue B or Orange C Metro Line to 72nd Street and walk eastward from 72nd Street of Central Park West Road to Central Park. The fountain is near the lake. There are boats on the lake, surrounded by trees. There is a square in front of the fountain. There are statues of the Angel of Water in the fountain pool. The four statues beside the fountain represent "temperance", "purity", "health" and "peace" respectively. There are often performances in the area of Bista Fountain, including free viewing, self-entertainment and tipping (voluntary reward).
