Bistro Helena Review

Walked past the restaurant and stopped to look at the menu and as my wife is gluten free it was nice to see the menu clearly displaying gf options so we went in. The food was really nice and well priced for the quality, we asked for a wine recommendation and were not disappointed at quality or price. We then realised The restaurant was attached to the Grand Central hotel and hence the quality as one of the best meals we have had in Barcelona over the years we have been coming. I would recommend this highly.

The setting for dinner on the rooftop terrace is unbeatable - panoramic views of the city with atmospheric lighting and good low level music. The cocktail list was good with a different twist, just like the dinner menu. Good value all considering, will definitely return. Book in advance to secure one of the limited tables

Booking service was great. They did their job really great. Wine card too short and not the best selection. We were forced to choose an average wine. Food was ok. Just ok. Service - too disturbing. Location- Barca city center. It is ok for a dinner if you are staying in the hotel and don't want o go anywhere else. All-in-all worse than expected.
