Bo Innovation Review

I highly recommend this restaurant. it is rated 2 Michelin stars. Decor is simple with an open kitchen. Service is friendly and efficient. Each dish is explained and well instructed on which to eat first. We ordered the 10 course set menu which cost about 1600 hkd (without wine pairing). Each dish was absolutely divine. A lot of effort and creativity was put forth in making this menu. Thank you Bo Innovation for a great gastronomical experience.

The roast goose is full of chewing and simmering plum sauce, sour and sweet, worthy of the signboard ‼️ Chaoshi Puning Bean Sauce Yellow Yellow 🐟 Lili Dried Yellow's meat quality is really tight and tender ‼️ The thorns are also less onion-like side dishes on the bottom can be fragrant.

When the first spoon on the egg yolk-like cage molecule burst into my mouth, I couldn't help but be shocked by the chef's ingenuity, in my taste bud full of cage-like tactile, no skin or stuffing, really like a magician's trick. I thought I would have more surprises next, but I didn't expect that except for this magical dumpling, the rest disappointed me. Such a restaurant that is expensive to go to heaven is a bit unworthy of its name.

Very high-end restaurant, good location, the building is also very historic, the price is expensive, but absolutely value for money

Chef Devil is a well-known old tyrant in Hong Kong and a well-known Michelin Samsung chef.
