Buttercake Nagasakido Review

The speed of serving here is really fast, the things are very fresh, and I have eaten some varieties that have not been eaten in China, and the price is quite expensive.

They have been baking the superb Butter Cake since 1960 and the queue outside proves the popularity of their famous cake. They only bake one type and the small (18cm) costs 960 yen and the medium (21cm) costs 1,200 yen. It is similar to Japanese Castilla cake but is buttery and less sweet. It's simply baked without any decoration but has wonderful flavour and taste. As they were closed between 30th December and 7 January, I queued from 7:15am - there were already 35 people before me. The staff were so apologetic and offered us kairo to keep us warm. They started distributing the vouchers by 7:45 and opened the store 45 minutes earlier than usual, so that the customers did not have to wait too long. Well, it's only available in Hiroshima, so why don't you take some home? They last at least 10 days. We brought 2 back and they travelled well. One disappeared in 3 days, and we froze the other one to savour later.
