Catedral de Santiago Review

Santiago cathedral, the most favorite colored glass on the top of the building. Various beautiful colors are combined to outline different charms. This colorful glass glow fascinates me as if God is through this colorful light to make you look at the eye. The afternoon sun refracts through the glass into the interior, giving you a glimpse of Tangao, outside the material world seen by the naked eye, there is pure light, not color light, light is projected in the three-dimensional world of the path. Sitting on the bench of the church, closing your eyes, listening to the sound of the silence of the sky, the inner peace. In the world, occasionally, feel a space beyond the material world. This transcendence is precious.

A church built in Santiago in the 17th century, dedicated to Jacob, one of Christ's 12 disciples. He was revered around the 18th century as the guardian of the Spanish Key Church. It was flourished because of the courage of pilgrims. The side corridor is a pilgrimage route that can be walked around the church. And there was Jacob's body in the altar underground.

The cathedral in the center of the old town, Goethe-style building, pay for entering the church, tourists seem to be 5 euros, local residents can enter for free, the afternoon sun spills into the corridor is beautiful, people feel very calm.

The church is white as jade, the twin towers point directly to the clouds, the solemn holy god. The blue sky, white clouds, green trees and red flowers are just in the sky and the world!
