Central Criminal Court Review

Visiting tours at the Central Criminal Court require reservations, there is a self-guided information area where you can view historical photos and learn about their history, and a short film can further explain the court and its functions, and many of the major cases in British history are tried here.

The Central Criminal Court is responsible for major criminal cases in England and Wales. It is one of many Royal Criminal Courts in England. It is open to the public, as is the case with other courts. Parts of the building are now being built on the site of the medieval Newgate prison, on an "Old Bailey Street", and carved above the gate: "Defend the children of the poor and punish the wrongdoers." On the dome of the Supreme Court stands a bronze statue of a woman made by British sculptor F. W. Pomeroy, holding a sword in her left hand and a balance of justice in her left hand.

It is allowed to visit but the security check is more troublesome. It is about to catch up with the American airport, but you can walk around freely after entering, take pictures casually, sit in it and feel the atmosphere, and make it a place worth visiting.
