The Central Fire Department of Singapore, founded in 1908, is the oldest but still operating fire station in Singapore. It provides fire fighting, ambulance and rescue services for the central part of Singapore. In 1988, the Central Fire Station was listed as a national cultural relic, after which it underwent a series of repairs, so that it not only gained new life, but also retained its historical features and values.
