大罗山茶山部分有龙脊，不过体力一般者最好一天。茶山是看大罗山山麓最好的地方。不过体力好的可以半天，1.5小时就可以到龙脊。不过第一次爬半天也只能到罗丰村，与龙王寺水库。还是要计划好，要到龙脊还要一定速度。
