Shanghai Changfeng Park was built in April 1957, when the construction was called the West Park, and in 1958, when the local trial opened, the main scenery of the park was changed to the Biluo Lake Park. The National Day was completed and officially opened in 1959, taking the meaning of "Song Shu·Zongxuan" in "May the long wind break the thousands of miles", and renamed Changfeng Park.
