The first meal I ate in Beijing after getting off the train was said to be good for the mutton on Niu Street. The meat products ordered are not bad, and the mutton is still delicious in the north. I prefer to eat the brain of the sheep, the meat is fat, the hand-cut mutton is slightly fine, and the sauce is eaten. There is no anger and it is delicious. The beef bone marrow is stewed. The fried biscuits are amazing, not dry at all, not very oily, a bit meaty, delicious.
