丽江美食探店|这家秘制雪山鱼一定不能错过!办理完入住就赶紧让客栈老板推荐了几家当地不错的饭店给我们两个吃货!云雪丽就是其中一家,客栈老板说店里的雪山鱼是丽江必吃菜品之一,来了丽江不吃会遗憾哦!晚上7点多到店,排了大概20多分钟就到我们了(10月底的淡季)。菜单很清晰,标注了店里的Top1-10,所以点菜过程很快也很容易!我们前后来过两次,所以Top1-10,除了几道在昆明吃过的没点外(比如汽锅鸡),都尝过了。菜品就尝过的几道菜给大家推荐下:1️⃣秘制雪山鱼这道菜一定要点!为了这道菜,我们连着去了两天!可想而知有多好吃!鱼肉Q弹爽滑,口感鲜美,略带一丝酸辣,可以自己选择辣度,我们两次选的都是最辣,其实也就是正常辣到中辣的程度。鱼肉直接吃也️,蘸着酱汁吃更香甜!而我最喜欢的是这道菜里的泡菜,在炖煮过程中蘸满了汤汁,香味更加浓厚!要说这道菜唯一的不足之处是鱼刺特别多!而且是特别小的刺,吃的时候一定格外小心!2️⃣高原牛肉铜火锅第二次去的时候尝试了牛肉锅,一上桌完全惊呆了!也太实诚了,满满一锅牛肉,不到100块。。。整体的口感特别像兰州牛肉面,只不过是一盆没有面的牛肉!吃了一晚上,怎么都吃不完的感觉……喜欢吃蒜苗的话可以多加点,口味更好,也更像牛肉“面”了!3️⃣自磨泉水豆腐豆腐是用豆浆酿的,还加了鸡蛋,过油炸制金黄,浇上野生菌酱汁,外酥里嫩,鲜香可口。只不过豆腐虽美味,吃两块也会觉得腻,而且别的菜太好吃了,完全没肚子吃这道菜。。。不过可以点小份,尝一下也是不错的。4️⃣五彩鸡丝米线店里的主打菜之一,作为主食可以点半份,然后多点几道别的菜!米线可以根据自己的口味调味,酸甜口,我们倒了整个的料,感觉全倒进去味道有点重。5️⃣保山大薄片其实就是凉拌猪耳朵,不过切得很薄,蘸着料汁吃很入味!我俩吃得都很欢实。6️⃣手工荞麦饼第二次去点的,先点了半份,又加了半份打包带走第二天当早餐吃。推荐!是我喜欢的味道。7️⃣草莓酸奶整体吃完有点腻,可以来一杯自制酸奶,美味又解腻!服务最后,重点说一下他们家的服务。很贴心,后厨的经理会出来跟每一桌打招呼,是一家有温度的餐厅。✅店铺相关信息:店名:云雪丽餐厅(阿顺店)营业时间:11:00-22:00人均:87元
