I have never eaten pig brain and duck intestines before coming to Chengdu. I feel that my cholesterol is high and greasy, but after trying it here, I feel that the taste is acceptable. The key is that the seasoning and bottom of the hot pot here are very good. These are the amount of people who strolled around Wenshu Monastery at night and entered the store. The waiter had several aunts who were quite old and taught me how to match it better (I don't eat spicy).
