Dari County is a county under the jurisdiction of Guoluo Prefecture, Qinghai Province, located in the southeast of Qinghai Province, located in the southern part of the Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture at the junction of Sichuan, Gansu and Qinghai provinces. The east is bordered by Jiuzhi County, the southeast is connected to Banma County, the south is adjacent to Seda County, the southwest is adjacent to Shiqu County, the southwest is adjacent to Shiqu County, the northwest is bounded by Maduo County, and the north is separated from Maju and Gande County by the Yellow River. The county has a total area of 16466 square kilometers,[1] and covers 9 townships, 1 town, 33 pastoral committees, 109 animal husbandry cooperatives, and 1 poverty alleviation association, with a total population of more than 30,000 people (2013). Dari County has an average altitude of more than 4,200 meters, a high cold semi-humid climate, is one of the natural ecological protection and management areas of "Sanjiangyuan", and is also an important transportation hub in Guoluo Prefecture after the location of the state capital (Dawu), the distribution center of Chinese and Tibetan medicinal materials and the junction of Qingchuan.
