Vegetarianism is an attitude in life now. Although not vegetarian, it is often vegetarian. This is entirely due to environmental protection, health, and animal-loving considerations. Today's dinner was eaten at a vegetarian restaurant by chance. David, the owner, is a vegetarian. He opened the restaurant in 2002 and the business is very booming due to the delicious, value-for-money. Bookings are not accepted during peak travel periods and the dishes are changed every few months. I ordered today: salad with apple bars, walnuts, red head and goat cheese, main dish is special soup rice with seedlings, lentils and greens. Dessert is white peach passion fruit tower with two-color smoothie, caramel chocolate, raspberry blueberry and Italian milk jelly. It is said that the beer Fraoch here is hundreds of years old, but I don’t drink and take a photo with someone else’s beer. Highly recommend this restaurant and you will realize that vegetarian food is as delicious.
